Frequently Asked Questions

The things we hear most often.

Quick answers to the questions we get from businesses looking at commercial cleaning. Don't see yours? Reach out — we're happy to talk.

Operational
Yes. Magnolia Cleaning Services is fully insured for the commercial work we do, and we're happy to provide documentation as part of your onboarding.
Yes — our team brings the products, tools and equipment needed for your scope of work. If your facility prefers specific products or has special requirements (sensitive surfaces, fragrance-free, eco-friendly, etc.), we'll work with you on that.
Recurring service is what we do best. Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly — or any custom rhythm that fits the way your business runs.
Absolutely. Most of our office and facility work happens after hours, on weekends, or between shifts so it doesn't disrupt your team. We plan around the way you actually operate.
After you reach out, we'll set up a quick walkthrough of your facility. We look at square footage, how the space is used, what's most important to you, and what kind of schedule fits. Then we put together a clear estimate — no pressure, no obligation.
Qualification
No. Magnolia is commercial-only. That focus is part of what keeps our quality and consistency high for the businesses we serve.
Professional offices (law, accounting, real estate, medical admin), executive suites, government & municipal buildings, industrial offices, warehouse offices, manufacturing offices, plant administration, jobsite offices and post-construction sites. We do not clean restaurants or residences.
Yes. We do one-time commercial cleanings, post-construction cleanups, make-ready service and event prep alongside our recurring accounts.
Trust & Quality
Our own trained employees or highly trusted subcontractors. We assign consistent crews so you see the same trusted faces in your space.
Yes — Amber and Aaron are personally involved. They've cleaned every kind of location we serve, they train and guide our crews, and they're the ones you can actually call.
Three things, every day. First, we invest in our team — we believe quality work starts with taking care of the people doing the work, so we make sure they are given all the support and guidance they need. Second, we keep crews consistent, so they know your space. Third, the owners stay involved — checking in, training, and stepping in when needed.
